Well, in josaa counselling, After getting a seat, you need to submit willingness, upload documents, and pay seat-acceptance fees, and as per josaa Business Rule, if you haven't paid seat-acceptance fees then you won't be allowed for further rounds.

But, you can register yourself in CSAB 2020 after the josaa counselling ends...
