Well, In CSAB counselling, Only CRL rank matters along with the Home State Quota, So to get a personalized better answer, you must specify it, Or also you can yourself refer to ( CSAB Previous year Cut-Off (https://csab.nic.in/CMS/Handler/FileHandler.ashx?i=File&ii=144&iii=Y) )
But, I doubt that you will get a seat, that all is in the hands of Home State which is applicable for you...
