It is quite difficult to get seat in an IIT with the given preparatory rank. However, here is the list of IITs in which you have slight chances of getting seat under ST category in preparatory course based on previous year cut off in round 6 of JoSAA counselling

Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. So it may increase or decrease this year based on above mentioned factors.
