As you have mentioned that you have secured 48k rank in ap EAMCET (bipc) and you are wanting to know about the chances of getting a seat for bsc agriculture.

As per my knowledge you have pretty good chances of getting a seat in bipc agriculture although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
