As of now cut-offs for this year VITEEE has not been released yet so it is little bit difficult to give you an exact idea but although I can give you a rough idea based on previous years' cut-off trends.

On the basis of your rank if you belongs to general category then it is little bit difficult to get Vellore campus but yes you can try for Amravati or Bhopal campus where you can get branches like Electronics and Communication engineering, Electrical Engineering and so on.

Note that cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors and the above prediction is based on previous years' data.
