Which college in telangana ? Mtech will be 5 years course and fees will be more.
VIT is reputed college but placement in vit are not really great for all students. So compare placements as well as fees.

Best choice would be VIT because it is a good and renowned institute as well as some reputation unlike the other institute you stated.
