Getring Government collegrs at tgis rank is extremely low as cutoffs close within 8000ranks.

You have got good chances with following colleges :

  • NSHM Knowledge campus

  • Netaji subhash engineering college

  • Techno India College of technology

  • Poddar Institute of Technology and Management

  • Calcutta institute of engineering and management Koljata.

Thank you for your query

With 21000 rank in wbjee, you have few government college to choose from -

College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat

Netaji Subhash Engineering College, Garia

Asansol Engineering College, Asansol

However, there are few private colleges which I want to enlist -

Techno India College of Technology, Kolkata

BP Poddar Institute of Management and Technology, Kolkata

St Thomas College of Engineering and Technology, Kolkata

RCC Institute of Information Technology, Beliaghata

Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia

Hope you find it useful

All the best

Yes you'll be able to get government colleges through this rank but you might not be able to get the core branches like CSE or ECE as their cut offs are usually very high as compared to other branches. You can have a look on previous year cut offs of different streams in different colleges by going through the given link and even take help of Webjee college predictor to see what colleges you might be able to get with this rank.
