Hey Black Man,

Congratulations On Qualifying UPSEE-2019 as I assume 44 is your rank so the seats in point of lateral at IET Lucknow or BIET or KNIT or REC's are less. But your rank is good enough to land you up in any if the above so You can Go For IET but I'll recommend Try For BIET and RECs too as the are the same.
