I'm sorry to say but there is no chance of getting free Agriculture seat for 18k rank. The usual cut off for agriculture would be around 2k to 4K which may however change. This cut off is also not applicable for OC. So it is very difficult to get agriculture. For your rank you can try for Veterinary if you do not belong to Unreserved category. All the best.
