Saurav I don't think your intermediate marks will affect much on your selection in the PSU's as most of the PSU's demand only more than 60% marks in your graduation as an eligibility criterion which as you said is satisfied.

You can check out the link given below to see your 650 GATE score in the general category in which PSUs with which specializations you have a good chance of getting the job according to last year cut-offs: https://exams.collegedunia.com/gate/psu-cutoff
