No it is not possible for you to study MCh course only after completing Bachelor of Science cardiology and Thoraric Sciences. The most basic eligibility criteria which I need to complete is to have master of surgery or doctor of medicine degree from a recognised University. The degree must have also been recognised by Medical Council of India.

For final admission in MCh course you need to appear for NEET SS and qualify with the valid scores for being eligible for admission.

According to the eligibility criteria for Mch:

Candidates must have a professional Master degree in the field of medical science like MS, MD, DNB or Equivalent  registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council and they should have qualified the entrance exam (NEET SS) before the cut off date.
