If we go through this year official notification regarding BA LLB (Hons) Course then it stated candidates who are appearing or passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% aggregate in case of UR, for OBC it's 45%, and in case of SC/ST it's 40%, however candidates who have pursued their 10+2 through open school without attaining any basic qualifications aren't eligible for the same. To answer your question if you fulfill the above mentioned criteria as per the required aggregate against your respective category, you're eligible to apply for the same.
