I had been allotted Mechancial engineering through keam.The only higher option i have is Computer sci. Is there anyway i can switch to civil Enginnering.

With reference to your query,  I am very sorry to say once you have been alloted a seat then only you change either freeze your seat or can move to next higher branch you have filled at the time of choice filling . In onliine counselling ,it is typical alogrithm based process so you can do nothing in these cases
