It is difficult for you to CSE in VIT VELLORE campus as it is the Top college under VITEEE so it's cutoffs are high enough. 

According previous years cutoffs you can get CSE in CHENNAI campus but chances are very less for getting CSE. 

I would suggest you to look for other colleges or entrance exams or take a drop of this year and work hard for next year paper.
