dear aspirant,

first of all delhi university do not offer BCA course although the university will offer bsc.(hons) cs.

which was somewhat similar to BCA. and if you want to take admission only in delhi then you can take the admission in any private college in Delhi which are Delhi ncr and they are all one of the finest colleges in India.

No because you belong to general cast and for BCA minimum 92% required for general candidate to get admission in BCA
