351 is a low score to get any government MBBS or BDS colleges with this score. The cutoff for General category normally ranges around 490.Also there are high chances that the cutoffs will increase this time. A government BDS college with this marks is also very difficult. You can try for the private colleges in your state. Choose your preferences well.
