83% is a pretty good score but this year most students have got higher than usual marks both in cbse as well as isc so getting a seat in college of DU (under general quota) is really difficult.

It also depends on your domicile state (which I am going to assume to be Delhi).

I will also assume you to be of commerce stream (as best 4 is another issue related to DU)

Based on the above data you can get B.Com in

Bhagini Nivedita College and Satyawati College . You might get the seat in 4th or 5th round but I will suggest you to wait and take that chance as you will surely get a seat in these two. If you need more details you can visit
