There are two ways to do M. Sc from University of Delhi,  one is the cutoff criteria of B. Sc and the other is the entrance exam. The cutoff is usually high,  about 92-93%,  so if you can't clear the cutoff,  there is nothing to worry about,  you can give the entrance test.
