You scored good marks in NEET exam firstly congratulations for that.

Now let me tell you that you are having fair chances of getting a Seat for MBBS though you are from un reserved category.  

Don't worry stay calm and wait for the result of counselling till last round .

as you have mentioned that you belong to general (UR) category and your score is 561


although it is very difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.


but looking at the cutoff of the past few years and observing the trend, I can say that you have a good chance of getting a seat in a government college.
