So you got 147 in mhtcet. To be honest this is not sufficient to get into coep. It is a very reputed college in Maharashtra and also popular in country which offers good placement to its students also. Every year the demand of all branch are increasing in this college. 

You mentioned that you are from open category so according to the cutoffs of the college it is impossible for you to get CSE ,EcNtelecom, EEE.

What you can get here is metallurgical and production and of you are really lucky them you can get civil and instruments also.
