Due to the covid situation prevailing in the country the certificates of the previous year including the domicile certificate will be valid for this year. So you don't need to worry about issuing the certificates again in the year 2020. Hope this helps.

Yes.. domicile certificate is valid for you in 2020 also...  As the domicile certificate has no validity it can be used whenever you want..
