Hello dear student

Your marks will be around 240 but you are not mention your category but  very less chance in all India counseling but you can State level counseling.

Hi,

The number of marks required to get an mbbs seat depend on various factors like seat matrix, category of candidate, number of student applied, rank obtained etc.

For a general category candidate it seems very difficult to get the mbbs seat in any good government college with 240 marks. So you can repeat the NEET exam to score good and try for next years admission or You can try for some private medical colleges.
