So with regard to your query, No generally not, inorder to get admission into the Andhra University of Vishakapatnam, generally your rank in EAMCET should be below 2000, then your fee might be really less. However, with 25k rank the free seat will not be possible at all.

Andhra University is an autonomous colleges, the fee generally for the Btech course will be 40k per annum. On an average the college provides a package of INR 4.5 lakhs per annum.
