Hello dear student,

You haven't mentioned your category and neither from which state you belong so I am considering you to be general category student.  There's less chances that you get admission in any government medical college and there are no chances for government medical or dental college for you .

I hope this was helpful

Hello Aspirant!

You haven't mentioned your category and state. But despite that, I am afraid, your NEET UG scores are not enough to get you a seat in a governmnent medical college. Infact, looking at this year's cutoffs, which have gone very high, your chances to get admission into private medical colleges is also very narrow.

Hey,
The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination, the difficulty level of the question paper and the reservation category of the candidates.
This year the cutoff has gone way too high and the candidates who have scored in 500s are not able to get private Medical colleges. Now you can imagine the competition.
291 is a very low score. Even if you belong to a reserved  category, you are not likely to get any MBBS seat, even a private MBBS seat is tough.
In India,MBBS seat can also be secured by acing AIIMs and JIPMER entrance examinations which are way tougher than NEET.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Hii,

NEET is a National level Common Entrance test to get admission in various Medical and Veterinary Colleges in India. Through NEET score one can get admission to MBBS Course. The MBBS Admission depends not only on the NEET score as well as Category. As per your NEET Marks you won't get admission in Government medical colleges .
