Hey,
The qualifying cutoff for GATE has been declared.GATE qualifying cutoff or simply GATE cutoff is the minimum marks which candidates have to score to qualify the exam. Every year the cutoff varies depending upon the number of candidates appearing in the examination,Category etcetra.
Now for admission every institution will release Its own cutoffs.
Civil Engineering is a vast branch and M.Tech offers specialized course and every institution offers various subjects within Civil Engineering and cutoff is different for all.
If we take into consideration the previous years cutoffs, then you do have chances in IIT Delhi,IIT Kanpur,IIT Bombay or other good IITs or NITs.
For the information about the colleges please use our GATE College Predictor:
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
