In case of four ERs, you are required to pass those four subjects to enter in your third year.
According to University of Delhi guidelines, the student has to pass the ER to become eligible for degree as per examination cycle and span period.
You will have to pass the exams in the upcoming even/odd semester. Only after that, you can enter your third year and give the exams after that year.
