Yes you can get admission in Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi on the basis of your rank but you might not get your preferred branch due to number of applicants having better rank than you. So you should check out for the branches that you want to go with. In JMI you will easily get Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering. Getting Computer Science branch will be quite tough.
