You have less chance for getting a good enough college .Don't worry about it . According to me you should try hard to get good mark in the next upcoming exam.

You have lot of time to prepare for 2nd attempt of JEE which will be held in april . If you get good percentile then there are plenty of college will give you admission but if you are not giving that exam then 46 percentile is very less as compared to many students you will find difficult to get good Colleges.
