As it's unclear which caste you belong to, even the cut off from ST was 44 percentile this year. And for general it was 87. Even after that, it's very difficult for you to get admission in any NITs, or a good branch. You should consider taking a drop year and work harder next time or take admission in a private college. With 46 marks in JEE Mains you are not at all eligible for any of the government colleges. If you really wish to join top government colleges then appear for JEE Mains next year with full preparation or I would suggest to to apply for private institutions as early as possible because admission season is going on and seats in good colleges will fill up early.
