Sorry to inform you but most companies have a cut off window. Most of the average companies demand atleast 60 oercent in 12th, 10th and grads. However a few companies demand even more than that. There are very few companies that dont have such a window. However those companies look for studnets who have absolutely amazing skills in a particular domain and otehr extracirricular achievemnets. If you lack in your academics, then somewhere you need to prove that you are strong.
