Dear Bhagwat

Since writing the JEE MAINS examination doesn't required any percentage eligibility for that but yaah inorder to enter in these elite institutions of India like NIT an IIT for that you need to have a score of atleast 75% in class 12th. Since your class 12th percentage is low so it might somewhat difficult for you to take the admission in any of the good engineering colleges via JEE Mains.

Yeah there is, but for that you need to crack the entrance examination of that respective college / University.
