Yes for Iiit,nit and gftis there is no percentage boundation.This 75% criteria is only for jee advance exam

But 75% criteria is necessary for Jossa and csab counselling so how can I get nit or iiit

Even the CSAB requires 75% in boards or be in top 20 percentile of your respective board. So it seems you need to improve your boards percentage, else you won't be able to take admission in primier institutes.
But you can go for private colleges.
