Considering the previous year cut off in round 6 of JoSAA counselling you have decent chances of getting seat in the following institutes

• HNB Garhwal University Srinagar: Mechanical Engineering
• North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology: Electronics and Communication Engineering

It is difficult to get seat in NIT or IIIT with such rank. The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
