Hi Aspirant!

For JEE MAIN there is no such criteria and you can apply. For JEE Advance, candidate need to score a minimum 75% in class 12 exam or candidate should be in top 20 percentile in class 12. For SC/ST candidates, this criteria is 65%. You can decide now if you want to go for improvement or not. Yes you will get new marksheet after improvement exam of class 12.

Yes if you clear the cut off of JEE Advance. Also you can sit only for 3 consecutive years in JEE Main/Advance.
