As you want to pursue M Tech ECE branch ftom Jadavpur University, Kolkata. So for that you have to qualify GATE examination.
Registration in this college for PG courses is through GATE.
And the examination of 2019 session has been done in month of February.
So now you should apply for it next time.

Admission tests are held in the last week of May.
