i have 78% in boards but i am in top 20 percentiel of my board.am i eligible for iit,nit admission?

Yes, but for the boards eligibility criteria. For NIT you have to qualify JEE Main and for IIT you have to qualify JEE Advance.

You can use the JEE College Predictor for getting admission in NIT, IIIT or GFTI
