And according to previous year cutoffs and trends the maximum rank cutoffs in last round for OBC CATEGORY in IIITs is around 12500 to 13000 so it would be imossible for you to get into any IIITs.

IIIT Manipur is a lower IIIT still its cutoffs is 15500  in ECE branch so you can predict your fair chances of you just by looking IIIT Manipur cutoffs.Also you can try for any GFTIs or try your luck in CSAB special counseling.

Dear student,

As you have scored 80 percentile in JEE mains OBC NCL category then it's impossible for you to get into any college like nits or any iiits because with 80 percentile score your rank must be around 56000 in obc category.

But still it is advisable, that you must attend the josaa counselling or the CSAB counselling because, if you belong to home state quota then you can expect some chances of getting a seat in CSAB counselling in some lower nits or lower iiits, but still, the actual chances are very very negligible or no chance with 56000 rank in OBC category.
If you are thinking of getting iiit Manipur then also it's not possible with 80 percentile score in jee mains from obc category.

Better you try for some other state colleges or private Institutions like Kalinga Institute of Industrial technology or CV Raman Global University.
