Hello, at this rank you should apply for Csab counseling and as you have Obc category it may help you and as Nit Nagpur is your home state Nit may be it would be possible that you would get a branch in it .
But all things depends on cutoff and cutoff changes every year .
Cutoff depends on number of students filling the branch , seat matrix, category seat.

Also apply for ICT Mumbai it is a very good college and highly ranked.
