Yes, you can.

Keep in mind that English/any other language subject has to be included in best of 4 combination.
Also, which category do you belong to?
If you are a general category student, you probably won't getting your desired college/campus/course. You will have to opt for a lower preferred course.

If you belong to any reserved category, then I will say you have a good chance.
