I hope you are doing good. With referernce to your query, I would like to tell you that this question can easily be answered by some anaylsis. here we go

The intergrated course of btech+mtech is of 5 years and 6 years if doing separetely . They both are very professional and have very good scope if your are doing it from some  reputed college and you are willing to do . But if you are persuing them from private college then i will strongly advise you to go for bca and then persue mca from tier-1 colleges like NIT(admission is through nimcet) that will land you with more opportunities. For bsc IT, dont go for it if you want job as it is highly research oriented course
