Hi,

The cutoff varies every year depending on number of student applied, marks obtained by them, category, seats available etc.

as per previous years cutoff with this score you will find difficulty through AIQ. However if your home state is karnataka from state qouta you have good chances of admission through obc category. You can refer previous years cutoff from the link https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka

To know your admission chances based on this marks you can refer the NEET college predictor tool - https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hope it helps.

Hello,
Congratulations on your score you have high chances of getting into government medical colleges of your state and government seats at private medical colleges of karnatka as last years cutoff was 432+ for obc category in karnataka under 85% quota.
You have high chances of getting into the following government colleges

Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences

Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences

Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences

Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences

Gadag Institute of Medical Sciences

Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences

Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences

ESI Medical College, Gulbarga

ESI Medical College, Bangalore

Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences

Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences

Karwar Institute of Medical Science

Chamarajanagar Institute of Medical Science

Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences

With 498 NEET score your Overall Percentile will be around   95.88 - 95.96 and your NEET AIR Rank will be around 51972 - 64922

However these information is based on last years cutoff and as cutoff changes every year depending on factors like difficulty and number of candidates and recent COVID19 situation etc.

Hi Student

In neet 2019, 424 marks for obc category got a seat in Bowring and Lady Curzon Medical College and Research Institute, Bengaluru which is a Government Medical College, under karnataka State quota.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
