Hi Manish,
Hope you are doing well. Yes, you can get a seat for chemical engineering at BMS College Of Engineering with this rank. Previous year, the cutoff rank for chemical engineering in BMSCE was 17313 after first round of seat allotment. Even this year, it is expected to be the same. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

Your COMEDK rank 11721 is enough for getting admission in your preferred college i.e. BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore in branch Chemical Engineering even if you are not having domicile quota according to last year cutoff . Last year this college took admission till rank 17313

Hence there is a high chance for you to get admission in BMS College of Engineering for Chemical Engineering
