Divyansh first of all with your 55 marks in JEE Advanced examination according to last year cut-off which was 64 marks in SC category you will not be able to clear the cut-off but as this time paper was a little more difficult plus there was no error in the paper like last time 18 marks were given to each student so it is expected that cut-off will go down and for Sc category it is expected to come down to 50-55 marks. So, there might be a chance that you will clear the cut-off but even if you clear the cut-off then your rank will be around 3000 in the SC category and you will not be able to get admission in any of the IITs.
Now with your 6670 rank in the SC category, you will not be able to get admission in NIT Allahabad even with your home state quota because it is a very good NIT and the cut-off is very high. Now with this rank as in other NITs, you will have other state quotas so it will be very difficult to get admission. Still, you have some chance to get into lower rank NITs like NIT Raipur, NIT Patna, NIT Goa etc. Along with this, you will have a good chance of getting some new IIITs like IIIT Surat, IIIT Bhopal, IIIT Trichy etc.
To get a better information you can still check out the following links for knowing the last 2-year cut-off of all the NITs and IIITs which will give you a fair understanding of your position:
