With frequent misconduct of NEET in the near past, the rules are changing day by day. To be very straight forward, your tattoo will put you in trouble, only if the invigilator or the security check before NEET have objections with it.Better remove them.And to add one more point,your tattoos will prevent you from joining AFMC, in case you want to, provided you are not belonging to those categories of tribes, for whom tattoos are allowed.

It is not advisable to have permanent tattoos on body but if anybody has tattoos on body,the following cases arise-

1. If minor tatoos are present outside unexposable parts like-chest than better you can get saved as these regions are notgenerally checked.
2. If tattoos are present outside body,you may straight forward be rejected because it is deemed to be case of cheating!
