Hello dear student,
It is allowed and that is not an issue. Don't worry about it. Try to wear full sleeves or half sleeves shirt or tee shirt because if they will see then it can cause a problem. But there is no as such instructions for not having a permanent tattoo as such . I hope this is helpful
