i have BC-E in my caste certificate. and should i submit it during my jee mains counselling while they ask for OBC certificate.?

I think your certificate is eligible for submission as you belong to a sub - caste of MUSLIM category. It will be better if you check your caste in the website of National Commission for Backward Classes. Here is the link to NCBC portal : http://ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx

Select your state and find your sub - caste to be assured of eligibility. Good Luck.
