Hello aspirant,

Congratulations for the allotment in first round only. For going in second round to upgrade you have to pay the specified amount of fees as it is listed in the rule book. According to the rules of the councilling for participating in each round you have to pay a certain amount of fees that is non refundable  and are taken as the councilling facility charges. When you will apply for the second round and the payment window will open there it would be specified how much you have to pay.
