You can simply flaot the allotted collegd and participate in further rounds of counselling.

With this you can get better course or college at third round counselling.

Once you are comfortable with allotted cokkeg you you can freeze it and secure admission.

but the arc had told me that u can directly attend 3 round without choosing any option in round 2
