Hello Raghav, Well, There's no way you can get ISE in Dayanand sagar again because even if you chose to go to counseling round 2, you will be allotted a different course which was not allotted before, if no seat is available you can take admission in round 1 allotted seat i.e ECE at Dayanand sagar. So, if you want to study CS, go for VIT or study ECE at Dayanand sagar.
