I Got 26983 rank in Viteee will i get ECE at Vellore in First or Second Category or will i have to switch to Vit Chennai for Finding the First category for ECE.

At first, I would like to congratulate you on successful completion of your VITEEE exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 26,000, you cannot get ECE seat in Vellore campus as the cut-off for the same was 14,500 in the year 2016. Whereas, you can secure an ECE , IT or any other seat in Chennai campus in 1st or 2nd fee categories itself.
